WORST PLACE EVER maintenance SUCKS my account has been broken for WEEKS they have been out to fix it 7 times and it's still not fixed!!!!!!!!!!
It's come to my conclusion that anybody can go against their lease and be very disrespectful to other neighbors .
Love the office manager they have here, she works with you and whenever something needs fixing they waste no time getting it fixed. No complaints here!

This property was doing so well but as of this early I have to say it's not doing so well even at that before the hurricane just really upset that's such a great place has changed / bad !

If I still lived in Portland I would live here. Josie just gets it when it comes to property management. She was always willing to hear me out on little issues and made me feel at home which is a big deal in my book since apt living can be tricky. The apartments are a bit older but the maintenance guy is good. He's been there for forever and knows his stuff. I had a 2/1 and felt the space was well laid out. We not only had a pantry but also two coat closets and a linen cut out cubby thing. It was generally very quiet and we had nice neighbors.

Myself and my girlfriend have lived here for two years its an older apartment but we never have problems and when and if we do Josie and Miranda take care of the problem immediately. My girlfriend is from aransas and I'm from charleston. We met in Charleston and she brought me here. Josie went and still goes far beyond any manager I have ever seen. She has even suggested and taken us to her church. Not to mention she really looks out for her tenaints and truly cares. If your looking for a fairly reasonable place to live with people that treat you like people and not just a rent check sun valley apartments are the way to go. Not to mention its in Portland and you don't get all the rift raft from corpus. Call Josie she will help you out
