I lived at 950 from 2017 to late 2019 and absolutely loved my home and the amenities the complex offered. My apartment was located on the 4th floor and I had a beautiful view of the river and Pittsburghs skyline. I loved the proximity to my work downtown and the trails alongside the river. The fitness facility is state-of-the art, and the dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up is conveniently located next to the back entrance and fitness facility Barbara was wonderful and helped me with securing this space. Chuck was very responsive when I had an issue with the plumbing and chirping smoke alarms that I was unable to reach. Ceilings on the main floor where high which made the space look even larger.

I made an application and paid $100 deposit $50 application fee at the beginning of April 21.After reading the lease agreement terms I changed my mind and didn't sign the lease. I requested a refund for the $100 deposit, but I haven't received it.I received an email stating it was mailed but never received the check. I left multiple voice mail and sent multiple emails.They are not answering me anymore. This place is a complete fraud. Keep away. Rent is inflated for Pittsburgh and lease terms will let you pay the remainder of the lease if you need to leave early.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have been extremely pleased with the experience. I work downtown so I want to be close enough to walk/bike everyday, but yet a little distanced to achieve a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 5 minute bike to downtown and a 20 minute walk. More importantly, the staff here are phenomenal. Very friendly and always eager to help. UPDATE: the apartment has new management within the last few months. This review was written about the previous management. So far, the new management has been fine.

We love living here so much. We appreciate all the valuable services that this building provides, at a very reasonable rate. Prior to moving here I expected to thoroughly enjoy the apartment and building, but the experience has exceeded expectations beyond what I would have thought possible. 950 North Shore have the most fantastic staff: Patrick, Chuck, and Barbara are very professional and readily available to happily assist with any resident needs. We booked our apartment online and the booking process went nice and smooth, never had any delays, all our calls and emails were addressed promptly. Mainly we were contacted by Patrick and he provided an excellent consultation and assistance. When we came to Pittsburgh, we realized that the apartment we booked was little bit small (we opt out our initial building tour) and we asked if they might have another apartment for us. Barbara was the one who was arranging our moving and she immediately showed two other available units and finally we moved to one of them without having any issues. I also met Amy who helped me to move all my belongings up to my apartment and I really appreciate her help. It's a renovated building, but when we had a trouble with the AC, Chuck showed up and the problem was fixed right away! 5-Stars for the Team, Services provided, and welcoming feeling! Thanks gain!
