I've been staying in this community for a year. I had a great time here. The maintenance team, Manuel, is always so friendly and efficiently solve any problems in my apartment. If I want to continue my next year's lease, one of the reason is because of the maintenance team. :)

When I first visited Eaves Old Town Pasadena, I immediately felt that it was a clean and quiet space. In addition, this apartment was equipped with very good conditions for living as there were convenient facilities nearby. The apartment manager, Terence, meticulously introduced the apartment, answered all my questions sincerely and gave me the information I needed. Finding a house with him was a very enjoyable experience. I also love that each unit has a fireplace, washer/dryer, and a spacious balcony.

We have been at the Eaves for almost a year, and he maintenance team, Manuel and Librado, has been fantastic since day one. Any issues have been resolved quickly, and they have followed up every time. Terrence is a welcome addition to the building. Our experience with the last manager has been spotty at best, but Terrence has always kept it 100. This team keeps this quiet building humming along, and we are lucky to have them.

My review is solely based on the amazing customer service I received from Terrence in the leasing office! From the tour to move in Terrence went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed. I have a lot of questions and wanted to see all of the different layouts available. Instead of getting frustrated , Terrence showed me everything and had a great attitude throughout the entire experience. To move in , he went above and beyond making sure I was at the easiest point entrance to get to my apartment to assigning me the closest available parking space. I absolutely love Terrence he was very well organized and I am so happy we have him in the office.

Eaves by Avalon is a simple and quiet place to live. After visiting today, I can see this placing being my next home. Not only is there wood flooring with an in unit washer and dryer, but the balcony is the perfect size, and management is LOVELY. Working with Terence to find a home was such a pleasant experience. He actively listened to my needs, was flexible, and remained proactive in making accommodations for me. Great spot and in a good location.
