To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.
INCOME:
Please note that most properties require that the applicant's combined gross household income is at least three (2.5) times the monthly rent amount. Proof of income is required with your submission.
BACKGROUND CHECK AND EVICTIONS:
We complete a criminal background check and eviction history on all applicants. When looking at an applicant’s criminal history, the type of offense, the severity of the offense, and the length of time since the offense occurred are considered.
CREDIT CHECK:
We require a minimum credit score of 600 for all properties.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
Security Deposit shall be 1-2 month’s rent; depending on the credit score.
TURN TIME:
Please allow at least 24 hours for processing after we receive your COMPLETED application.
FEES:
Application fees nonrefundable
