A $10,000 security deposit per stay and a $2,000/month utility deposit are required for all reservations:
The $2,000/month utility deposit must be paid before check-in and will cover utility costs, including pool and hot tub heating. Any unused portion will be refunded after checkout. If utility costs exceed $2,000/month, guests are responsible for the difference. Our Customer Care team will coordinate payment.
The $10,000 security deposit will be refunded after a post-checkout inspection confirms no damages. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the carport and actively monitoring the driveway/carport parking area, (2) located on the back right corner of the house and actively monitoring the right side of the house towards the front gate.
