I will tell you this. When I initially applied everyone was super nice and still are. But once moving in I had an issue with my apartment. The manager seemed to understand my concerns and provided a solution which I accepted.
We lived in Marina Landing more than 5 years, beautiful place with good comfortable floor plans with fireplace and nice area with lake view....
We lived in Marina Landing more than 5 years, beautiful place with good comfortable floor plans with fireplace and nice area with lake view. Especially would like to thank manager Hedley, he always meets our expectations to do our life comfortable even his management was in such a difficult pandemic time. Also maintenance team is good!
Marina Landing was a real home for us those years and we would liked to wish the apartments long life and success!

Now Im not gonna lie, originally this place irked me. I placed work orders for some repairs and took a good few weeks/a month...
Now Im not gonna lie, originally this place irked me. I placed work orders for some repairs and took a good few weeks/a month to get anything fixed. They had a change of managers and maintenance workers. Since then they have been amazing. I had talked to the new property manager Hedley, about my old work orders and he quickly got them working on it! Originally they were probably a 3 star but since Herdley came its like a new place! Definitely would recommend to my friends!
