Staff is lazy. Management does nothing. They had the drop box for rent broken into and the cameras covering the mail box supposedly were broken so there is no footage of who stole people's rent money. What does management do....blame the tenant and say it's not their fault they didn't know the cameras were out. The manager Libby is lazy rude and a liar. Unreal a person like that gets hired. Absolutely do not live here. They will steal from you!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I lived here for a year and the whole time I had nothing but trouble. We had black mold underneath our bathroom and dining room floors that I complained about for 3 month and they kept saying it was nothing and to turn my bathroom vent on??? It smelt so bad and I had a 6 month old at the time, finally I got them to tear up the flooring and saw with my own eyes the black mold and the flooring people told me it was mold, but they tried to lie to me and say it was just mildew.... afterward I said I wanted them to check under the carpet and they refused even though the mold went up to the carpet also the flooring people got glue on the carpet and they offered a carpet cleaning but I said its fine since I wasnt renewing my lease and was moving in a month, but once I moved they charged me a carpet cleaning fee even tho when I moved in the carpet was AWFUL and smelled of animal feces and urine and I had to clean it myself and buy stuff to get the smell out... while living here I also had a horrible ant problem the foundations was cracked in the dinning room the window in the master bedroom leaked the dishwasher never worked and the staff was rude, peoples cars got broken into also...I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.

Overall I had a good experience with cimmaron hills, the walls are a bit too thin and it's nothing fancy but it's what I needed at the time and it's worth what you pay. The staff was also always very nice and attentive!

I lived at Cimarron Hills for almost four years and absolutely loved it. They are such charming flats that come at a very reasonable rate for the area they are in, right along Johnny Goodman Golf Course. The groundskeeping crew does such a nice job that sometimes it's difficult to tell where the apartment ends and golf course begins. They always have limited availability here because it is a safe, friendly, and very healthy environment. Good for families and fresh grads. Lots of people have lived there 10+ years, and that's for a reason. You'll love the 24 hour fitness center, clean pool, and the fun social activities that the clubhouse puts on every now and then (free food!). Absolutely try to get in if you can. I lived at Thomasville for 6 months and after 2 break-ins and a hit and run, I called it quits there. My favorite things about Cimarron Hills: -Maintenance guys are awesome. They fix everything and clean up after themselves. I always seemed to get same day service. They aren't nosy and didn't snoop in any of my drawers (I set traps to check lol). -Smoke free (you are able to smoke on your balcony though which is nice, just not indoors) -Dog and cat friendly -Cimarron Hills is the first complex that didn't try to stiff me on my security deposit on move out. -Cool neighbors The staff is awesome and on top of it. Mary and Holly always helped me...very human, relatable, and positive. Super easy to talk to and get ahold of. All of their systems just seem to work, and that's a direct tribute to tremendous leadership. Libby is the captain of the ship there and her coordination and organization skills allowed me to have a stress free living situation. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your community, Cimarron Hills.

These apartments are great for first time renters. The staff has always been very friendly and thoughtful. In my time here there were no major issues and every time I had an issue it was resolved immediately. The one bedroom apartments are reasonably priced and spacious. It's also in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Parking does suck however, the walls seem really thin, and my dishwasher was extremely outdated. Overall, I had a great experience with this complex and would recommend them to friends or family.

I lived here for about 6 months and it was a terrible experience. I signed a year lease but cut it short because I couldn't even cook in my own kitchen due to cockroaches. The staff is rude, and cars often get broken into. Just remember, you get what you pay for. I suggest you rent elsewhere.

I have lived here for 2 years and have seen a decline in the upkeep and care of the property. The apartment lease is very strict. If the rent is past 3 days late you will be evicted. There is no leniency in the policy no matter what the circumstances. The apartments are not insulated very well and you can hear everything from the next apartment. The trash bin for my section was always full and overflowing with trash every week. The entrance to the apartments is in the back of the buildings. There were many times I had to walk from the parking lot to my apartment in total darkness. Building lights were also not on and I had to walk the stairs in darkness because the lights had not been adjusted correctly. When I first moved in the maintenance staff was awesome. Since that time there has been personnel changes. There have been 3 water leaks into my apartment. One of those leaks caused major damage. I was not given any compensation for the damage or the time I had to take to clean up the mess. There are many times I could still smell a moldy smell. Parking was horrible. If you do not come home by 6pm you will not have a parking spot close to the apartment. Laundry machines are frequently broken. Staff could be nice but at other times appear not to care. None seem particularly happy in their jobs. While my experience was not been horrible I would not say that it was good either. They are not apartments that you would want to stay at for any long period of time. One year seems to be the average that anyone stays before moving. Very high move out rate. If you are looking for that quiet relaxing apartment these are not it.
