Worst place you could ever possibly work for. Told Vicky Nikki Jodi Mandy about a temp service guy possibly being a thief. I told them all that he shouldn't have master keys. After stressing my opinion and saying something doesn't seem right. I was called buy Vicky to get this individual keys. I refused to do so. She asked why. O told her cause I had to many tools and I didn't wanna chase all over for them. I was immediately called into the office buy Nikki the maint supervisor where I was confronted in front of Vicky. Saying affective immediately u was being tranfered to fontenell hills. Because I refused to give this guy keys. Even though things at properties had already started to go missing. So 3 weeks into my new apartment complex. I was told buy my new manager this temp guy stole all kinds of things. Now keep in mind this was before I even new this guy. So fontenell hills apartments new of this guy already stealing and did nothing about it!!!!!!! Tranfered him to down town oldarket lofts Skinner macaroni jones 13. And yes people this individual has keys to all your apartments. Those keys are mastered!!!!!! TO ALL THOSE COMPLEXES. So plot thickens this guy had been given the opportunity to stay in the corporate suites over the weekend. Where he then from my understanding stole all kinds of fed ex packages and parcels. Now keep this in mind as well this guy hasn't even had a back ground check from elevate!!! He works for a temporary agency. And has master keys to 4 buildings. Was finally let go from what I am hearing. Supposedly returned to one of the complexes where they have him and his friend on camera leaving the scene. I'm hearing an apartment got robbed buy a co worker. Shame on elevate. So they all wanted to blame someone for there faults. So of course the wanted to take it out on the people that waned them all to begin with about this guy. Once again Jodi Mandy Nikki and Vicky already new about this guy. And did nothing to stop it!!!!!!!!!

Old Market Lofts is in a prime location, so you do pay a pretty steep price. I found overall it to be pretty reasonable given the location. There are a lot of new places springing up for about the same cost, that I think would be better. I lived there the past year and had an OK experience. 2.5/5 would be more appropriate than a 2 or a 3 Management is OK. I had a couple of especially negative interactions with them, but overall they do a good enough job. I find their communication to be a bit passive-aggressive, and their overall ability to be proactive lacking. We had a significant, recurring ceiling leak and navigating that experience was a nightmare with the two women who were in charge. I ended up contacting corporate directly in an attempt to have my situation resolved, which it was, after pulling teeth. The walls are quite thin, and the air flow is strange. We had some 4/20 friendly neighbors next door, and it was obvious when they had just completed a session. It was unfortunate that the smell came right into our bedroom as we were trying to sleep. Packages are the absolute worst thing about this property. USPS put packages in our mailboxes or to the front office. All other carriers will leave the packages either at your door or in front of your mailbox. I know that packages have gone missing for myself and other residents. Property managers Chanel and Vicky sent out communications to all residents saying that they have tried to work with the carriers, but to no avail. When we have packages at the office, we are not given any notification in mailboxes or via email. I once had a surprise package sent that sat in their office for months. Maintenance is probably the best part of this place. I found them to be very friendly and timely, albeit a bit chatty. If that's not your thing, don't be surprised when they want to know about your entire life. There's an Omaha parking garage right across the street which is a cheaper and better option than the one we have in the basement which runs for about 90-100 per month additional. We opted out of our lease renewal because I do not believe that the unit we were in (albeit great location, and nice looking apartment) was worth the cost given all of the other issues I had and mentioned below. With all the options available to us, there are definitely better choices to be explored.

So - thanks to new management - this place is amazing. Vicki and Chanelle West Coast have done an amazing job at all the amenities, clean up, keeping the atrium clean, the roof clean, and best of all - keeping it laid back and relaxed. I review quite a bit on google, so this actually does mean quite a bit to myself. Moved in roughly 3 months ago - and it was one of the best decisions. Rent can be expensive but well worth it. The maintenance workers are all extremely friendly - which is beyond rare! The people as well inside the Lofts are all kind, generous, and some of the best people in downtown Omaha! It is downtown lofts though, so do expect some traffic and some noise (Ive been guilty Ive having quite a bit of people over), but overall an amazing experience. Thank you again Vicki and Chanelle WC!

Everyone in the office was extremely helpful - especially considering I called several times for information. Erica was patient and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival. We were showed around by 2 staff members who not only showed us the apartments but gave us history about the buildings and area. Picked out a great apartment! Thank you.

I just moved in here and I love these apartments. They are very clean & huge. I love the vaulted ceilings and exposed brick. The elevators & the dollys/ grocery cart by them are an added plus. I don't have to worry about carrying a bunch of stuff up stairs.

I've lived in the old market lofts for over a year now, and it has been my husband and I's favorite residence so far. We plan to stay here as long as the military has us living in Nebraska. Our loft is over 1300 sq ft with beautiful exposed brick walls and old wood pillars and planks. Just gorgeous. The rooftop is amazing, we enjoy the pool, hot tub, and grills. The location is unbeatable, It's located in the old market but on a very quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds. Our loft neighbors are kind. Management here is superb. Management is thoughtful, run the place well, and genuinely work to provide a great residence for the tenants. The building is really dog friendly, they even have dog treats in the leasing office. Military friendly and family friendly, as well as a great place for students or young professionals. Highly recommend. On top of everything, they offer great move-in specials.
