It's amazing how real estate companies can demand payment within a couple of days, yet, it's ok if they don't send your deposit back for over two weeks.
I know you shouldnt write reviews out of anger, but I have little else to write it out of. Moving here was a mistake....
I know you shouldnt write reviews out of anger, but I have little else to write it out of. Moving here was a mistake. The new management is awful. Ive had issues with my carpet since Ive moved in, the WiFi wont even connect you long enough to send an email, they wont make me a spare key (If get stuck at work and need to have someone let my dog out) and theyve had to come out several times to spray for the millions of roaches. The good is: the neighbors are really nice and the maintenance man will bend over backward to help you. I had toured MANY properties because I wanted to stay for three years, but I Cant wait for October to come so I can move to a new property.

I absolutely love living here! The only reason I'm moving out is due to relocation for my job. L14 Flats is quiet, modern and yet homey. It has laundry in-unit, a great attached parking garage, an amazing location within walking distance to the Old Market and the corporate part of downtown as well as cute finishes in the apartments! I toured 11 places all downtown when moving here two years ago and L14 was my clear top choice. I'll miss it!

I'm a City Planner and I still haven't found the "city code" they quote as prohibiting them from providing what was once a great feature of the outdoor patios.
