Just moved out of this place and I really loved it. Timely maintenance response and a great /sqft value. I really liked the green space right across from the building where I could take my dog to walk. Very dog friendly building, with other dogs in the building mine could say hi to on walks. I was on the top floor and never really had an noise issues except if I had my window open or when my downstairs neighbor went on vacation and left his alarm on one time Almost all the people I saw in the building were very polite and often chatted with them if they were on the shared large deck where the grills are. Would recommend to someone looking for apartment downtown.

First, I want to thank Jody for helping my spouse and I to find Lindsey at L15 back in July. As soon as we spoke to Lindsey, she knew exactly what we wanted. We got a lovely 5th and 6th-floor loft with tall ceilings and tons of space for the price we pay. Lindsey was amazing but moved on from L15 and now, we have Lisa who is just as amazing with her lovely smile and great personality. Lisa is always trying to decorate and do a little extra for the apartment to make it feel more like home. I am not sure if everyone notices all the work she does, but I do and it's really nice. If there is ever a maintenance issue Jim is always there to help no matter way. I could not ask for a better team here at L15. The neighbors are not too bad, but people are people and you just tend to ignore the rude ones, but it's life. You can hear people through the walls, but what did you expect when moving into a loft conversation? I work days and nights and never have any problem sleeping in my apartment. Another thing I was a little discouraged and upper management should think more about, is they always offer AMAZING promotions for new renters (two months rent free when move in by the end of the month) why not offer something to your current renters or people who renew? Like $750 off is nice, but two months free rent? I did not get any promotion when I moved in! :( - Just saying!
