Resident for 10 months. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this one is gearing up to be the best value of any of them. -Unit and grounds are clean and well kept. -Staff is friendly and issues have been handled quickly with no fuss/irritation -Specific questions or issues have been addressed personally with resolution. -Units are spacious and well - appointed. They are not brand new, but are well maintained and feel "homey." -Ample parking and garage available for 75/month. -I have been through at least one pretty serious storm, and no issues of flooding or anything else. -Quiet. I almost never hear signs of other people when I'm in my unit, maybe a door closing or something but no voices or music/TV/babies/dogs. -All appliances work fine (washer/dryer/dishwasher/ice maker, etc). -Location is good for "pan-0maha" access. If you live downtown, it's a pain to get out West and vice versa. With access to 680 and Maple, it's pretty easy to get anywhere in 10-15 minutes without hassle including Waterloo and the Old Market/Airport. -In 10 months, I can say that every singe issue I have ever reached about (and these are minor, expected things like clogs, fix the dryer, etc) has been taken care of to my total satisfaction. -This may seem like I'm some sort of plant or employee. So here: My lawn chairs were stolen off my patio once. So there is a negative. I emailed the manager and she wrote me back same day. I will happily complain in this space when I have something to complain about, but they honestly run that tight of a ship.

Im the type of person that must see all my options before making a decision. It took me 3 months to decide on an apartment, and that apartment was Eagle Run. I have been and still am extremely satisfied with my decision. I am a college student so price and location were two of my primary concerns. I believe that this apartment is the best you can get for the price and area in Omaha. The apartments are spacious and modern. If I were to change anything, it would be a larger/more updated kitchen. It is also located near the interstate and in a safe neighborhood/area. Maintenance is really nice, accommodating, and quick to help. Requests that I have submitted were completed the next day. The area is also maintained very well. Parking is great, and there is always a spot. This is a real review, by a real person. Living at Eagle Run has been a great experience!

Lived here for 2 years in a 2 bedroom with roommates and loved it; very homey feel and fantastic office/maintenance staff. The grounds are always kept very clean and the clubhouse is an awesome amenity for any parties you would like to host. I would even consider coming back to this complex to live again.
