My husband and I loved living at Penn Circle apartments. The two years we spent there were wonderful - the location is great in Carmel but also with easy access to interstate, the staff was always kind and helpful making us feel at home, and the amenities were well kept and convenient. We would have stayed there longer had we not needed to buy a house for our growing family. We recommend this complex to everyone! Thank you to Missy Chorba and the staff for creating a great environment that we still refer to as our home.

Mike called me back immediately and was very patient and professional on the phone, and then he and Karen both worked quickly behind the scenes, and then Mike called me back promptly to provide an update. Thank you both very much!
Writing this reminds me that I am delayed in thanking the Maintenance Team for promptly and professionally responding to another (non-emergency) issue I had, a couple of months back.
I've been a resident at Cityview for a little over two years, and I absolutely love it. Great job and thank you to all of the employees who work hard to create a nice community for us. I hope you have wonderful and restful holidays.
