A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds for each pet. A pet interview may be required prior to moving in. $250 Pet Deposit Per Apartment & $250 Pet Fee Per Pet. An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $50 for cats and dogs.
