A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment, with a mature weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. A $500 deposit per household and a $350 one-time pet fee per pet apply, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal profiles. All applicants are required to complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Pet profiles include an annual fee, while assistance animal profiles are processed at no cost.
