About us: We live in the 2 floors above the lower level unit. We have two children (8 yrs old and 5 yrs old). They are out of the house during business hours during the week (school). They both sleep through the night without issues. My wife works from home full-time and I'm hybrid. We have had 3 long-term tenants and treat our tenants with respect and kindness.
