Located on the edge of town, Sunrise Apartments is a single-story building offering income-based 1-bedroom pet-friendly non-smoking apartments. Off-street assigned parking with plug-ins for those cold Minnesota winters and on-site laundry add to the convenience of living at Sunrise Apartments. Lawncare, snow removal, water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rental payment.
