Trinity Pines Apartments

trinity pines apartments is formerly known as cherokee too apartments. We acquired the property in september of 2006 from skeen rental agency and kept the name they used until recently.
We are in the small town of white pine tennessee and within walking distance to the local elementary school, playground and ball field, local post office, public library, grocery and convenience stores. We are located in jefferson county and a short drive from morristown, dandridge and newport. We are close to both exits 4 and 8 off of i81 between the tri-cities area and knoxville. We have one, two and three bedroom apartments.
We have changed resident management several times in the nine and a half years since purchasing the property. Currently we are managing the property ourselves, as the owners, and have a maintenance team that is readily available.
We are privately owned and operated and not a hud property.
