-Non-refundable $49 Screening fee, paid by each applicant
-If you are applying with someone else, one application and supporting documents are
required for each applicant and must be received to be a complete application.
An application is also required for each occupant aged 18 or older.
-Incomplete applications will be denied.
-Completed applications are considered on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
-Approved applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full
security deposit within 48 hours.
