315 1/2 S Minnesota- 2 bedroom house - The location of this house is odd. It is basically in the backyard of another house. The way to get to this house is by going in the alley. There is off street parking off the alley next to the house.
The small two-bedroom house sits back in the alley behind 315 S. Minnesota. The yard is small since it is divided up with the large house in front. There is a small storage shed and off street parking area for at least two vehicles.
Two bedrooms, both have nice closets. Bath with tub/shower, small kitchen/dining/living area. There is a window AC unit in the living room.
Pet deposit would be $500, plus $25 per month per pet.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
