This house is huge with lots of living space. First when you walk in the front door is a sitting room, this is where the stairs to the second floor are located. Next is a living room, which leads to the large opening dining room and kitchen space. Off the kitchen if the main floor bedroom which has a large closet. The bathroom is off the kitchen, it has a tub shower combination.
On the second floor is 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of which have larges closets.
The back yard is partially fenced in and has a lot of shade.
There is a large garage with space to park one vehicle.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities (eater, sewer garbage through the city of Mitchell, and gas/electric with NWPS).
Tenant is responsible for lawn care.
Pet deposit is $750 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
Our Renting Process:

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease (Lease automatically canceled if not signed and deposit paid within 48 hours)
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
