At first I thought the townhouse was cute and well put together until I really took a look around Things I had to fix/broken: Doors (they wouldnt close) Fence (A few 2x4 were knocked out) Backyard (Was all mud) Toilets (Both of them slightly leaked) Walls (They didnt finish the paint so it peels off easily) Even though there are some not so nice things about this place the location is convenient. You have the good food, Holiday gas station, and a bus stop right out front your house. If youre also into working out, you have VRTX a block down, as well as West Side Lanes. Although, when I moved in, behind my house was trash everywhere and I think its probably due to the bus stop being right there with no trash cans around and Salvation Army being right across the street therefore you have the homeless as your neighbors. Overall though, I give it 3 stars because even though there seems to be more bad than good, its fairly cheap for a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath w/washer and dryer.
