I moved into a studio in the non remodeled (cheaper) side of the property for a decent price, aside from the carpets not being cleaned prior to move in the unit was as well kept as I would have expected given the price. The property itself is well kept on the office side of the building and near the more expensive remodeled units but gets a little rough around the edges near the cheaper units (AC units with covers missing, wonky door handles, etc.) but its nothing extreme. The hallways seem to be usually pretty clean but because of the inch gap under most doors it seems you can hear everything going on in every unit as you pass. Parking can be challenging if you get home later than 6pm, but that being said there isn't a whole lot that can be done about it given where the property is and not hard to remedy due to the entire building being connected. My experience with management so far has been one of the best, they are timely with responses and answers to questions and usually available. (Move in 5/12/22)

The Falls is a nice place to live. They're constantly working on renovations around the complex and the staff is very friendly. I inquired about a garage and Brooke was immediately helpful and friendly. They offer residential events and keep the grounds clean. Plus it's close to the highway and close to the city. I have met a lot of great people here.

Brooke is always so helpful when I have questions or need anything. She goes out of her way to talk to me when I see her in the halls, office or property. She helps make the Falls a good place to live.

definitely not the worst place i lived! a handful of things could be better but hey, its an apartment building, so what do you expect? its been really nice this summer for sure and the staff are friendly. good little place and my cat loves my balcony :)
