Our apartments are historic; they were built in 1890, but have been renovated and updated in order to feature all the necessities of the modern-day student. We are proud to say that we have all the amenities new constructions have, but our rental rates are significantly lower than our competition. What's more, if you value your privacy a lot, it would please you to know that most of our apartments have their own private entrance.
