I have lived here for 4 months now. I absolutely regret it. I have had problems here since the very first day I moved it. (Some have been resolved and some have still not) My tub being the #1 issue and currently still is. It is not draining properly and the paint is chipping horribly. Property Manager told me it was because the pipes start from the top floor and work its way down so that is the reason it drains slow. Mind you it takes more than an hr to drain. Parking is ridiculous. They told us there will be parking spots available in our lot in a few months (currently waiting). It's a place I absolutely do not recommend.
