Very spacious for a family of 5, it's quite for the most part very rarely do you have to hear loud music being played, kids go in at curfew, always someone cleaning around the apartments, the leasing office manager is amazing she's always helpful always patient, (ex: when I ran out of cream she gave me creamer :-) sounds small but when ur a parent and running off of a few hours of sleep a small gesture as that really means alot.) Maintenance always fixes everything in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place to call home I will recommend this place.
Con: If your not a bug person boom the apartment bf for moving as precautions, There's indoor centipede that are super creepy and outdoor ones come in as well, water bugs when it rains really bad and then regular bugs to deal with being it's surrounded by woods.I only saw a snake once and they took care of that asap and never saw another.
