This is a shared property and we will be living in a tiny house on the property we have one German Shepherd and three cats, 1 to two people MAX or two adults with absolutely no pets are allowed.
No crazy partying ( if I was on 100 acres I wouldnt care but I do have neighbors )

We cover trash
We have well water won’t be using water and
can offer the free trash service 100$ value monthly.
We ask you maintain the lawn ( we can help when we’re living there especially if you have a riding lawn mower)
Our goal is to move on and off sight every 6 months while residing in the copper house across the property so you will have more privacy half the year and we will be snow birding or summer birding . I would like to start a community garden at some point .
We’re both veterans and live a drama free peaceful life , we’ve both been to you know where and back and reside here for-rest
We ask your quiet between sun up and sun down. We will do our best to be quiet as well. He works a lot and I’m either running around or working on projects. We keep very busy. Up between 5 and 7
