DO NOT RENT! They have tenants that steal packages and the manager Andy is unhelpful and rude. I lived at Pine Crest in 2012/2013 and I bought an item online using PayPal and the seller accidentally used this address as the shipping address instead of my new address which I had confirmed with the seller. The package was confirmed delivered to the mailbox by USPS. The tenant, instead of returning it to USPS or giving it to management either decided to keep the package or dispose of it and management is completely unconcerned by the situation. Stealing someone's mail is a felony and I am filing a police report.

Can't seem to ever get a hold of these guys. I've been apartment searching for some time now & feel like I found one that I am very interested in at Blueberry Hills. I've called numerous times & left numerous voicemails & still haven't received a call. Is Johnson Properties still in business? Or do you pick & choose who you respond to?

I had a loft space at 7201 Watts Road. The cathedral ceilings and two story space were great. I enjoyed eating out on the deck the well designed layout. The landlord was very responsive. My utility bills were very low. The only thing was the heating/AC unit was a bit loud.

For what you pay in Madison, it is a fairly good deal. The place is poorly insulated and the hotel style heater/ac works ok...

For what you pay in Madison, it is a fairly good deal. The place is poorly insulated and the hotel style heater/ac works ok but only if you run it constantly. I could understand full conversations from my neighbors while in my apartment. The hallways always smell awful. The landlord is a nice guy. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion. The room setup is great. Overall my time here was ok. If I had a few more dollars to spend on rent, I would go somewhere else.
