The Urbana has been a really great apartment complex! Its brand new which ive really enjoyed.It's really close to grocery stores, the West Towne Mall, and the Belt Line making transportation and shopping really easy. I would say due to the fact that it's so close to the belt line, there is a lot of noise pollution. That and there's an emergency response center near by. The windows do a pretty good job at blocking out a good portion of the noise though. I've really enjoyed that the water, internet, and other utilities were all together with the lease. I only had to set up power with MGE and I've obly experienced minor interruptions with internet. Being on an upper floor, I also haven't needed to use the hear as often so there's been some savings on the electric bill because of that too. I've had no issues with management and they always been really responsive and respectful! It's been a really awesome place to live!

Only a new job moved me away from the Urbana. The building is brand new and full of great amenities like a full gym, courtyard, rooftop patio with grills, and free coffee and cappuccinos in the lobby! The building is in a great location, super close to everything including the freeway. The property is quiet with either students or bush professionals so I never had to deal with any noise disturbance. Colin, the property manager, is super responsive, polite and very communicative. He really cares about the tenants and making sure everyone is happy. The only two cons about the building is the parking garage opener is digital and is iffy on when it works and there isnt a great place to walk your dog when they have to do its business.
