Our community has been thoughtfully remodeled inside and out in 2018 with a simple goal in mind: to make sustainable living affordable and attractive. Our apartments are going under exciting makeovers one by one, as you will see brand new variants of our already popular floorplans. We also took plenty time to rethink our buildings. Our buildings have switched over to all LED lighting, all low-flow or water-conservation minded fixtures, and hallway carpet made from 100% recycled plastics--like water bottles.
