The apartments are very close to shopping and bus stops. A very good place to live! They have 24 hours surveillance cameras, entry keys, a kids program and the Kentucky domestic violence program all on the property.

Took more then half of my security deposit. I stayed there a year left the apartment in perfect condition and they charged me for cleaning the carpet, painting the walls and something else. Carpet was never dirty because I kept rugs down and we ate in the kitchen. I was told before moving in that I could hang things on the wall. I got charged for holes being in the wall that I patched up. It's a nice apartment but be prepared to leave with your deposit being taken. I asked about the floors and the walls and management stated that's a standard deduction smh. I never heard such a thing.

I enjoy being in Parkside Apartments, the ladies in the office were very friendly, reasonable and understanding. But however when you need your deposit to come back to you. They won't give it back even though they said that they send it to you; in which haven't received it when you have just move to another state. And when you have been calling everytime and everyday they will ignore you! THAT IS VERY UNRESPONSIBLE AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'M VERY UPSET WITH THIS!!!
