have lived here 9 months and can't wait for my lease to expire! When I signed the lease in 08, the management staff were the nicest people in the world! So helpful and quick to resolve issues. So I signed. A few months later, Sterling management replaced the entire office staff!! Now our management team is HORRIBLE!!! My best friend lives next to me and has had 16 mice in their apt in the last 5 months. Management refuses to take care of the issue. Someone kicked in my door 3 weeks ago, and management has still yet to come replace my door. I had a water pipe burst in my bathroom and it took 2 days before it was fixed and my bathroom was functional. I am a good tenant and have ALWAYS paid my rent on time! Yet the management team treats me like they could care less about my issues. We called them yesterday to inquire when the HUGE hole in our door would be replaced. The manager told me that "This conversation is over" then hung up on me! I am not lieing!! Please do not move here. The police are always here in the middle of the night responding to violence and drug offenses. If you are not a drug dealer, or a violent person....please do not live here! Save yourself the hassle!!
