Fine complex, great staff. DO NOT move in if you work 2nd or 3rd shift. There is construction pretty much everyday that starts as early as 8 am.

Thank you to the ladies at the ridges for a lovely two years in my first apartment. Theyve set up a tough precedent to beat! The leasing office staff is not only friendly, understanding and responsive, but they go out of their way to add touches of home. How lovely it is to come home after a long shift in December to find an oven mitt and cookie mix hung on the door knob as a merry Christmas from the Katie and the ladies!
The application process was smooth and reassuring, particularly for a couple of 21 year olds looking for their first real place. I cant speak for other units, but I loved my apartment. Aside from a few wear and tear Maitnence issues along the way, the quality and upkeep of the place was never subpar. I felt at home very quickly. Overall, the community is nicely upkept, pleasant, and peaceful. I shall miss it greatly!

Beautiful place to live. Surroundings are amazing and rates are very reasonable. Staff are super friendly and responsive. Somebody ran into the corner of our garage over the weekend. I told the office Monday morning, and it was FIXED BY NOON (I even told them it wasn't a big deal but the grounds guy ran out of their Monday morning meeting just to get it done). Love the fact they allow pets too.

Rules and regulations have been fair in my eyes. I have lived in many diff. states of the U.S,and many diff. Communities. Alot of places don't allow pets period. Many here have cats as well as dogs and like to put them out on leashes. When some residents here don't leash there dogs according to the LAW, it's not fair for the kitties who need to come back in or not out at all. Also other residents have non-resident visitors over to take up all parking for us who pay the big dollar with permits to park here have to come home late at night from work with no where to park. B.S! Other wise all else is great! You live in your unit. Use common sense and do regular standard maintenance to your appliances. Don't overload and clean filters. I would recommend this community to anyone responsible.
