on-site laundry, fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, trash services, parking, lawn care
and more. There is a refundable security deposit of $900 required upon move in. The lease
duration can be anywhere from 6 to 12 months. Tenants have the option to re-sign the lease
upon expiration for the same terms. This unit has also had recent updates done including fresh
paint, new queen size bed, two new dressers, new night stand, and the property has had a new
driveway installed.
The property is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 1,100 sqft house with a huge yard, conveniently
located just 4 miles from the University of Tennessee. This home is also located near tons of
