Very quiet, secluded stand alone cottage on a 0.63 acre lot with great panoramic ocean views. Cottage sits at the bottom/back end of the lot. Interiors are mostly original and may be considered a bit outdated. Priced accordingly and a great value for the right person. No other house on the property. $2714.14 a month includes landscaping. Rent will increase to $3,000 per month (still including landscaping) once the Governors Emergency proclamation ends. All other utilities are a tenant expense along with maintaining renters insurance. Additional photos of interiors coming soon after a few interior updates are completed. New washer/dryer are expected to be delivered/installed the first week of May.
