A total waste of time to even apply for this place is just plain ignorant drug dealers pedophiles and domestic violence abusers reside here only reason i havent left is because i have public housing and this is the only place that would lie to the housing authority as far as my boyfriend residing in my home if it werent for karens help the housing authority wouldnt have continued paying a portion of my rent if they found out he actually lived there. 3wks ago i got beat up by him and someone called the police he ran they couldnt find him we made up days later and karen was so nice and basically explained that as long as my rent was paid it was none of her bussiness what i did n dont do..love her need more people like her..

there are illegal Mexicans and Chinese people, the people that work hear are tearable are apartment almost exploded and their are a lot of black people that sell drugs

I would not suggest this place to any of my friends, or even their friends friends friend. They have roaches pretty bad and didn't even tell us before we moved in. I've never had bugs before in any apartment I've ever lived in. Plus utilities are high because they haven't updated any windows or anything. So the hot just comes in during the summer, and the cold comes in during the winter. Not to mention, our furnace has a sicker on it from '72, so it uses a ton of energy. I guess if you need a place to stay this could be it, but only if you want bugs, and high utilities. Also, there is NO PARKING, in one apartment there are 15 people living it!!! 5 cars belong to the one apartment!!!
