I currently live at the Somerset Apartment complex. I must say this is by FAR the best apartment situation I have ever found myself in. There is an onsite maintenance staff and if you place an afterhours phone call for a service order someone will be out the next day, guaranteed. They then do a follow-up call to make sure everything got fixed. During this harsh winter the sidewalks were always salted and shoveled, and when the Spring came in they powerwashed all the annoying salt off the walkways and stairs. It's the little things that make up the composite and everything has been great since my time here. This is all without mentioning the great part of town and rates for the location. Couldn't recommend it highly enough to people who are tired of lazy landlords.
