This is our townhouse on W 10th in Quality Hill, and we're renting it out again starting October 1. It's a real two story place with its own front door and a small deck off the back, not a unit down a hallway. Two floors, two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which matters more than it sounds like it does when two people live there.
The part everybody asks about first: parking. You get two spots, covered and gated. Most places downtown give you one, and a lot of them charge for it.
