SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to 2 month's rent unless applicant's credit score is a 780 or greater. With the higher credit score and solid rental references the deposit may be reduced to about 1.5 x the monthly rent.
UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for the following utilities:
• Electricity (Liberty Utilities) paid directly to the service provider (owner will reimburse tenant periodically for owner occupancy periods)
• Trash (TTSD) reimbursed to the Owner along with rent
• Natural Gas (SW Gas) optional because it is only used by one wall heater in the living room (other heat sources: wood stove and electric baseboard heaters). If desired, tenant would set up services directly with provider.
• Cable, Internet & Phone to be set up by Tenant if desired.
Owner is responsible for the following utilities:
• Water/Sewer (NTPUD)
PARKING:
• Flat, off street parking for 1 vehicle. 2nd space available when owner is not staying.
