Pet Policy:
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per property as long as they are not attack-trained dogs or have a history of biting people or destroying property. They must be at least 1 year old. We do not collect a Pet Deposit. Instead, we charge a monthly pet rent.
Applications: We require first month's rent + security deposit + move-in fee regardless of when in the month move-in occurs. We then pro-rate the second month's rent to reflect when the contract was signed in month #1.
Application fee is $65 per applicant (non-refundable), for all intended residents over the age of 18.
