I wanted to wait at least 6 months after moving in to leave a review. So far my family and I have enjoyed living here. We did have a few maintenance issues when we first moved in but they were fixed in a quick timely manner. The staff is friendly. The manager is really good about returning my phone calls. The maintenance is respectful. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. (Which I like)...no nosy neighbors. They're very good about keeping up with maintenance such as replacing ac filters and pest control. The courtesy officer will sometimes park on the street and patrol or drive around, which is a big plus because some apts don't even have an officer on site. The gym and pool are always clean, as well as the outside. If I take my children for a walk there's not a bunch of trash laying around and the Apts are all well kept, there's no chairs, tables, toys etc thrown everywhere. (Of course if they're bbqn everything gets taken inside after) the trash is pretty much the only thing that sometimes gets super full and messy but not really a big deal. Other than those little details, I enjoy living here and so do my children. More than likely we will be signing our lease again.

Currently living here and I love it. Going on a year and a half and haven't had any problems. The A/C has gone out a couple of times but was fixed as early as the same day. I'm in a two bedroom town home in between two other units so noise disturbances are expected. The inside of the apartments are really nice and the area is well kept and clean. Love that they have a gym, allow pets and is in a good part of Harlingen. The manager is nice and has been helpful with any questions I've had. The apartment I'm in was built in 2012 I believe and they're building more so for them being the price they are is actually really good. Highly reccomend this place.

Currently living at Stone Oak Town Homes in Harlingen, Tx. been having issues with A/C, living in a 3 bedroom master bedroom is nice and cool and the other 2 bedrooms gets very warm. Had approximately 3 A/C companies come by and the last one found that the problem is with the air duct system. when inquiring about the status to get the air duct fixed, i always get the same excuses about them waiting on the tax ID from the A/C company, which only takes less than 24 hrs to get. It has been approximately 20 months since moving in and still has not been fixed. Have gone through 3 different property managers and the current manager is the laziest manager, does not walk the property to check on things. Having noise disturbances on daily basis and nothing gets done to resolve those issues. Maintenance man living on property is the hardest working individual here. It took 3 months months to get hot water heater fixed, which should only take a day or two. they are more concerned about showing and getting vacant apartment ready instead of making sure that the current residents are taken care off.
Excellent experience, management is fantastic, and I love the gym and pool! Wonderful, quiet place!

Very disappointed with my experience here. Not at all impressed with the way this place is managed, and it is true that you will NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! Oh well, the rampant termite infestations will soon have this place falling apart.
