Payments required to move:
-1st month's rent ($1775)- if moving in middle of month, your second month's rent will be prorated.
-Security deposit equal to 2 months' rent- Landlord will apply half a month's rent paid as security deposit toward your 13th month rent if tenants successfully pay first 12 months' rent on time). Security deposits must be paid using certified funds.
