The owner will consider one small dog (less than 25lbs) during a lease term. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in.
