Landscape maintenance and weed abatement are also provided for by the owner and at the owner's discretion throughout the lease. Tenants may request service if and when they notice upkeep needs, and the owner will make a final decision from there if and when to address landscaping and weeds. Tenants will be responsible for proper and adequate irrigation of all landscaping and for reporting any leaks or issues immediately.
Landscapers will haul away and dispose of any and all green waste; tenants will only need the Grey (trash) and Blue (recycling) bins through their enlisted trash service and account.
Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, Gas through Fallbrook Propane Gas Co., and Trash through Fallbrook EDCO.
This home has newer propane gas-fed wall heater units in the family room and the primary bedroom, as well as an electric fireplace for heat. There is no AC in the home, and it is on sewer. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.
