Second month will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.
Single Smaller Pet may be considered (up to 25 lbs max), upon owner approval and on a Case By Case Basis please note. Not all pets may be considered, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance, Thank you. Additional security deposit amount of $500 per pet will be required IF Accepted. Please note this property is in the country and is not fully fenced and has private outdoor yard space down below it for tenant use, but it is open and not fenced, and wildlife will come right on up to the home and around buildings. Any pets while outdoors will be required to be on a leash at all times.

There is no on-site mailbox for this unit, mail will need to be collected via an offsite PO Box, but there is an Amazon box on property for Amazon deliveries.
Please note, while single occupant or couple residency is open for consideration this unit will only come with 1 allowable and available parking space, there is no room on the property or outside of the gate for any other parking nor will it be approved at this time. Maximum parking allowed will be one single vehicle only at this time.
A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home.
Requirements: 650+ Credit Score & No Past Due or In Collections Creditor Accounts over $2500 in Total.
We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property.
