This property is offered on a 12-month lease only, beginning May 1st and ending April 30, 2027. We would love someone to move in before June 1st, so anytime prior would be ideal. Monthly rent is $2,800, with a security deposit of $2,800 due at signing. Tenants are responsible for electricity, propane, trash service, and internet.
