Horrible staff and a lot of break-ins and the maintenance staff is never here nor does their job. Also if your white don't try to apply to live here they don't rent to white people. This place is predominantly black. With a total of 8 white families that live in here. Being this is a small apartment complex there's not that many total apartments but the rest of them are rented to blacks who sell drugs steal and let their baby daddy's over and end up being live in permanent guests .
