I visited the property. Even though I decided to go for another community, Upper East side has great amenities and the property is beautiful. Nora, the leasing agent I worked with was amazing! She was very accommodating to my requests and followed up as promised with an apartment option closer to my budget as soon as it opened up. I decided to go for another community that was more aligned with my current needs/budget but would have loved to live there. I liked the fact that is gated and you need to pass a bridge to get to the complex, in general it looked very clean and recently updated. The gym is okay but I thought it could be better assorted (too many cardio machines and not enough weight training), the pools are very pretty and the cafe area was beautiful and very inviting. The apartment amenities and layouts are good, they are on the higher end but they could be better for the average monthly rates they charge, even though you can get good deals if you are lucky.

Hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in. Great amenities, well kept landscaping, friendly staff, quiet, quick maintenance, etc. This place has everything you could want in an apartment. The only negative I can think of is that the parking is not ideal. Several times I had to park across the complex due to lack of available spots in the evening. Other than that I highly recommend this place.
