I love Northbridge and The Village in general!! Best things about living here: - Great security. This is my 2nd apartment in The Village, and I have always felt safe due to their 24 hour Village Patrol. I've never needed to call them, but they have a visible presence and it puts the mind at ease. - Extremely well built and maintained. I've never heard my neighbors, it's very peaceful and quiet. Parts of the trail are sadly under construction, but it's still a nice place for a walk and when the construction is done, I'm sure it will be amazing. - Maintenance is on point. If you have any sort of issues, you can go online and easily put in a maintenance ticket in the morning. By the time you get home from work, nine times out of ten it's already resolved. - Everyone is really, really nice! This goes for everyone - management, maintenance, residents. I swear there must be something in the water. - My unit is just beautiful. I really love calling it home. Reason for 4 stars: - The parking at Northbridge can be a bit of a headache. If you come home late, forget about finding a spot near your unit. Unless you pay extra for covered parking. - The valet trash (that you cannot opt out of) is never consistent. Trash pickup is supposed to be from Thurs-Sun, but although I am sure to respect the time period, my trash sometimes stays outside my door for three or four days. ***Update*** Since leaving my review, the trash pickup has been on point. I'm not sure if they read my one review and changed, but it wouldn't surprise me because The Village is that passionate about improvement. I'm giving 5 stars because no place is perfect, but The Village Northbridge is pretty close.

I lived here for a while before and moved out. The management team is super super helpful. They care about their residents and willing to help if there is a problem. I highly recommend the Northbridge and Upper East Side to anyone that looking for housing in the area. Maybe they are not the newest or fanciest but is the best community I have ever lived in terms of service. Wish I can move back there when the Village Next is ready.

Horrible millipedes in ground floor apartments in spring and summer. Having a tough time in clearing the black millipedes coming through the walls in dining and bedroom. All the time we need to look on the carpet for millipedes and clean it off. With smaller kids this is ridiculous. Even the pest control fix dint work for more than 3 days that says work is not done properly. STAY AWAY from ground floor units in Northbridge apartments. Even the older apartments in Village seems good than this one.

Horrible worms in ground floor apartments in spring and summer. Having a tough time in clearing the black worms coming through the walls in dining and bedroom. All the time we need to look on the carpet for worms and clean it off. With smaller kids this is ridiculous.
