Must enjoy a clean-living environment (i.e. clean up after yourself, do not smoke in the house, and other common-sense standards). There will be a background check completed as part of the application (credit, references etc). Proof of employment and previous place of residence. Bottom-line: No smoking, no drugs, no partying, no pets, no working from home in the common areas and no overnight guests!
