The 1,053 sqft apartment features LVP flooring throughout (not shown in photos, installed 2023), a large living room, a galley-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and electric oven, two bedrooms with closet space, and a bonus room that can be used as a home office. The full-size washer and dryer are located in the unfinished area of the basement (right outside of the apartment door) and is shared with the upstairs residents. On-street parking is available in front of the property.

Rent Includes: lawn care. Water/sewer, gas, and electricity are split with the A unit and are billed based upon occupancy by Braden Property. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated individuals.
