Enter through the front door and you are in the first of the three living spaces. Here you will find a comfortable seating arrangement with a couch and two chairs. Just beyond this space is the dining room. Here you will find a large dining table with seating for six people, and a beautiful decorative fireplace. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, this dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal or to entertain! The kitchen has been recently updated to include plenty of cabinet space, gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with seating for four. There also is a large pantry where you will find the washer/dryer! Just off of the kitchen is the elegant living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a Smart TV! There is also a bathroom off of this space for your convenience. From the living room you can access the back deck and yard through the back door. The deck is the perfect place to bring your dining alfresco and the large backyard is fully fenced in! Also on the first floor is the Master Suite. This space offers ultimate relaxation with a King size bed, and luxurious en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and gorgeous tile shower!

Upstairs you will find the third living space complete with a sectional sofa, perfect for lounging, Smart TV, and peloton bike! The three bedrooms and additional full bathroom are located on this level. Two of the bedrooms feature Queen size beds, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is set up as a home office with a desk and chair, but also has a twin size day bed to accommodate overnight guests!

Parking for three cars is available in the driveway! There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the home. Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $550 upon signing the lease agreement.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
